          ITRT-ZK-Microcomputer DC pump motor control device is developed Baoding Integrity Electric Co., Ltd. in line with e actual needs of the electricity production site. It has extensively solicited the views of the power plants, design institutes and other experts and technical personnel, referred to and absorbed the domestic and foreign advanced design ideas and the state-of art technology, and utilized the novel microcomputer control technology and power electronics technology, thereby achieving a highly reliable and intelligent product.

          This equipment is suitable for the starting and stopping intelligent control of all types of DC motor (especially 10KW or higher-power motor), and is mainly used in the control of various DC oil pumps in the thermal power plants, such as the DC lubrication pumps of hosts and auxiliary units, and the DC seal oil pumps at the hydrogen side, empty side, etc.. It is used as the replacement product as traditional control method, and has a variety of advantages including the state-of-the-art working principle, safety, reliable, simple structure, low failure rate, easy maintenance and so on.

          In the thermal power plants, in order to ensure the safety and reliable operation of the hosts and auxiliary units, it has been furnished with the AC lubrication pumps and the DC lubrication pumps as the spare oil pumps, which are often referred to as emergency oil pump, and energized by the reliable DC storage battery. In the event of accident, it can ensure the safety downtime of turbines.


          Ⅱ.Main Features And Technical Parameters

          2.1 Features

          2.1.1 The system integrates control, measurement, signal, recording, display and other functions;

          2.1.2 The starting of motor adopts the state-of-art IGBT devices to achieve the internationally popular non-contact control concept, including 16-bit microcomputer control, PWM output, and linear increase of current to ensure no impact to the system;

          2.1.3 The starting current motor can be controlled from zero to rated with respect to the time of change;

          2.1.4 The initial proportion of motor starting is adjustable;

          2.1.5 Its transformation and renovation is simple, and does not need to change the peripheral circuits, as well as has the advantage of convenient wiring;

          2.1.6 The control loop adopts the pluggable terminal block to enable convenient repair and maintenance;

          2.1.7 The control circuits and power components of the device are all imported components, and increase the intelligent over-current protection compared to the original control device, and it is able to alter an alarm signal during the auction of the protection;

          2.1.8 Applying two-level watchdog, the power device adopts a margin of 200% to 500% reliability design, in order to ensure that the system is completely reliable;

          2.1.10.1 Starting and Shutdown Protection. Abnormal excitation voltage in the starting of motor will automatically alter an alarm and actuate the protection; in the event of the existence of armature voltage when the excitation voltage has disappeared and the motor has been shutdown, it will automatically alter an alarm and actuate the protection;

          2.1.10.2 Protection for Loss of Excitation. In the operation, it will conduct real-time monitoring of the excitation voltage, and it will automatically alter an alarm and actuate the protection in case of the abnormal excitation voltage;

          2.1.10.3 Automatically actuate protection when the IGBT module alarm reaches the setting number;

          2.1.10.4 Automatically alarm when the armature current exceeds the setting value;

          2.1.10.5 Automatically alarm when the armature voltage exceeds the setting value;

In addition, it should be free from the existence of water vapor and the presence of serious mucedine.

          Ⅳ.Working Principle

          The central processor of the device adopts the high-performance 16-bit single-chip microcomputer and it shall carry out circle detection on the system voltage and current. Upon receiving the local or remote starting command, it will output PWM controlled variables to drive the IGBT module, so as to realize the non-contact and stepless current starting of the DC motor.

          The device is controlled by the local start, local stop, remote start, remote stop and other commands, furnished with the over-current, over-voltage, loss-of-excitation, over-temperature and other protection functions, fully guaranteeing the safety and normal operation of the system.

          Ⅴ.Attention

          5.1 During the transportation process, the packaged product should be stored under the condition of temperature of -25℃~+55℃, and the relative humidity shall be ≦95%. The product can withstand short-term storage in this environment.

          5.2 The packaged product should be stored indoors with temperature of -10℃~+40℃, relative humidity ≦80%, and the ambient air should have no corrosive, inflammable or explosive materials.
