I. Overview
ITRT-YW Liquid Level Control Box, using Siemens PLC as the central control unit, is able to automatically start and stop the water pump according to the water level sensor or the water pump operating load state. In addition, it can set the automatic rotation working time of the main pump and slave pump. It is equipped with the main pump and slave pump mutual automatic putting-into-service, audible & visual alarm, operating information remote transmission, fault self-diagnosis, phase loss, short circuit, non-load, overload protection, etc., and can be safely and reliably operated under the unattended conditions for 24-hour.
II. Configuration
ITRT-YW Liquid Level Control Box can be installed in high-temperature, moist places. The main circuit breakers, AC contactors, intermediate relays, central control unit (PLC), phase loss detection and current detection modules of the equipment are chosen from ABB, Siemens, Schneider and other internationally renowned brands. The terminal blocks are manufactured by Phoenix (Nanjing). The box shell is made of cold-rolled steel sheet or stainless steel materials.

(I) Basic Functions:
1.Manual/automatic control.
2.In the automatic control state, it can automatically actuate one pump or two pumps according to the water level sensor signal.
3.In the automatic control state, it can automatically actuate the standby pump according to the faulted pump.
